Article 1 (Shipping Method)

Our store uses Yamato Transport for product delivery.
Shipping methods cannot be selected.

Article 2 (Shipping Area)

In principle, we ship only within Japan.
If there are areas where delivery is not available, we will inform you at the time of order.

Article 3 (Shipping Fees)

  1. Shipping fees follow the amount displayed on the product page.
  2. Shipping fees may vary depending on the delivery area and package weight.
  3. If free shipping applies for purchases over a certain amount, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

Article 4 (Shipping Schedule)

  1. Some products are made to order,
    custom-made and may require additional time before shipment.
  2. The estimated shipping time is approximately
    7–14 business days; however, this is only an estimate and not a guaranteed date.
  3. Once the product has been shipped, we will notify you by email with the tracking number.
  4. We generally do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or times, but we will accommodate them where possible.

Article 5 (Shipping Delays)

  1. Shipping may be delayed due to made-to-order production, weather conditions, or transportation issues.
  2. We are not responsible for any damages caused by shipping delays.

Article 6 (Refusal of Receipt / Redelivery)

  1. If you are absent at the time of delivery, please follow the instructions of the delivery company to arrange redelivery.
  2. If a product is returned due to long-term absence or refusal of receipt, additional shipping fees will be charged for reshipment.
  3. If the order is canceled after the product has been returned, round-trip shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

Article 7 (Handling of Damaged or Lost Items)

  1. If damage or loss occurs during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
  2. We will coordinate with the delivery company to arrange a replacement or reshipment.
  3. For returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  1. We reserve the right to revise these shipping terms as necessary.
  2. Any orders placed after the revision will be subject to the updated terms.
